AMC TERMS & CONDITIONS of RS Enterprises

1. The contract also covers additional visit as and when reqired in the event of any braek down of the purifier on recepit of compalint from the customer.

2. service under this contact excludes tje following.

3. panting of the body top and bottom.

4. chrome plating of thre nuts and bolts and other decorative materials,for repaies necessity the removal of the purifer or any parts therte to the work of RS ENTERPRISES and return to the bhopal city.

5. The purifier should be in good working condition at the time of accepting annual maintance contact in case of any defect,whatover the customer should be liable to work if good working condition.RS ENTERPRISES will not undertake the contact.

6.The water purifier should be made availble and auhorized repersentitive of RS ENTERPRISES as when our technican call us on perodic visit and no refund shall accute on this visit.

7. the liablity of RS ENTERPRISES Shall be limited to providing repalcing parts as coverd by this contarct by use if purifier. RS ENTERPRISES shall be not shift installion from the dafault address. we shall charge RS/-500 extra for shifiting of new address.

8. the contact neither terminal before expire not tarnsfer in the event of any person.

9. contact charges are payable be cheque dran in favor of RS ENTERPRISES and signed contact. depending upon madel/age of the purifer.

10. RS ENTERPRISES Shall not take any reponsiblity to notify renrewal date of customer. if the event of compalint please qute your name ,adddress,and the conatact number.

11. RS ENTERPRISES shall not take responsiblites to notify any renewal date to the customer,address of the customer.

12. RS ENTERPRISES Set to agress and between the parties on the subject matter and under the agrremaent.

13. RS ENTERPRISES Is the order to terminate the contract of the ownership and subsequent sale of said purfier.

14. RS ENTERPRISES will not be able to responsibliter for any defect and no employee of this contract.
